Pending considered a fail?

I have a compelte story set up and when I run story.assert() I get this stack trace in the test result. The test shows as inconclusive, but is this stack trace shows that the inconclusive is an error condition. Is that correct, or am I missing a config element somewhere?

Nevemind. That is how MSUnit asserts inconclusive. Not your deal, mine.
